95% polyester, 5% elastane. A four-way stretch brushed knit — the stretch is what creates the gentle, even compression, so there's no weight and no added heat.

• Four-way stretch — moves with you when you roll over, bend your knees or slide an arm out.
• Breathable — the pressure comes from the knit, not from weight, so it doesn't trap heat the way a weighted blanket does.
• Completely tagless with soft flat seams — nothing to scratch or irritate, and nothing that crinkles or swishes when you move.
• Open foot end — feet come free whenever you want them to.
• Holds its shape — machine washable without losing stretch or softness.
