Flick the switch underneath
There is a small power switch on the base. Turn it on once and leave it, then everything else happens with a tap.

Tap the top to set your glow
Tap once for a soft ember, again for a gentle reading glow, again for full warmth. One more tap turns it off.

Slide the timer if you want one
The slider on the base sets a 30 or 60 minute timer, so it switches itself off once everyone is asleep.

About three hours for a full charge, and you can keep using it while it charges.
The Capy glows warm honey-yellow only. It does not cycle through colours, which is exactly why it is so easy to fall asleep next to.

Does it change colours?
No, and that is deliberate. Colour-changing lights are stimulating right when you are trying to wind down. The Capy glows one warm honey-yellow only, which is exactly why it is easy to fall asleep next to.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 56 hours on the low setting, or around 16 hours on high, from the 1200mAh battery. A full charge takes roughly three hours over USB-C, and you can keep using it while it charges.
Does it come with a plug?
A USB-C cable is included, but not a wall adapter. Any standard USB adapter, laptop port or power bank you already own will charge it.
Can it be left on all night?
Yes. It runs cool and is designed for overnight use. If you would rather it switched itself off, the base has a 30 or 60 minute timer.
How do I clean it?
Switch it off and unplug it first, then wipe the outside with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it before use. Never submerge it in water or use abrasive cleaners.
